Helping to Stimulate the Brain
Our meals include fresh herbs (such as Sage, Lemon Balm, Parsley, Rosemary and Turmeric (all of which stimulate the brain and/or provide help to the immune and provide anti-inflammatory protection), fresh meat and fish, fresh fruits and vegetables and desserts (low in sugar and/or made with natural sugars).
Beverages, snacks and fruit are available to our residents 24 hours a day. Most of our herbs are local and organically grown. The Cottages has several organic gardens providing herbs and fresh vegetables. Our meals are prepared daily with fresh meats, fruits and vegetables.
